This bean comes from a small producer in Ecuador, not normally known for producing large quantities of coffee.
The coffee is grown in the southern Loja region of Ecuador at around 1800 MASL. It is a traditional yeast ferment and washed coffee.
In the cup it is quite complex, with hints of citrus, stonefruit, and savoury spice. Very complex.
